For thousands of years mankind has been on a quest to understand the nature of the universe and our place within it. It has always been understood that there is both an outer quest (for rational, mental understanding) and an inner quest (for intuitive, emotional understanding), but ultimately it is the balance between the two that really matters.
Science and spirituality are essential companions and it is only when we separate the two that we are no longer able to see the full picture.
This is a network for people who are interested in exploring these issues and who wish to share their knowledge and understanding with others.

It currently links to the main Sophos site that I am still working on so please bear with me as I continue to develop it.

Some experiences seem to open up a profound inner wisdom that both transforms our understanding and shapes our way forward. This is a place where you can share your own.
